#FitWeek Challenge – Pushup Hold

 

This week’s #FitWeek Challenge is to do 50 pushups a day with a 5 second hold at the bottom of every pushup.  So you can break the pushups up throughout your day or do them all at one time but I want that 5 second  hold at the bottom of each pushup EVERY single time.  Those holds are important and will train your muscles differently, this keeps things fresh for your body keeping your muscles guessing.  It’s so important to change things up in your training , so try these out this week.
